30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund. If the product isn't what you hoped for, for any reason at all, we will refund you in full — including shipping. No questions asked.

How to start a return

Email hello@autovinyl.store with your order number and we'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns received without prior notice can't be matched to an order.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, with all nine discs and the charging cable included. Items damaged through misuse can't be refunded.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@autovinyl.store within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't be asked to return a broken item at your own cost.

Wrong or missing items

If something is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, contact us and we'll correct it at our expense.

Refund timing

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before they ship. Once an order has shipped, please use the 30-day return process above.
